Moog is a boy, he’s twelve years old. He lives with his mother in a flat in Battersea, London, England.
Moog and his dog, Rockford, are inseparable.
One of Moog’s favourite places is the Natural History Museum, and he has a very good knowledge of wildlife –especially prehistoric creatures.
Moog’s mother gets a bit worried when she lets his uncle look after him, because, as her younger brother, she knows he’s not to be trusted – because younger brothers never are, even when they are grown up…
Like many twelve-year-olds, Moog can be a bit unsure of himself – but when he’s roaming with Rockford in Battersea Park, life feels better.
Story Role
Moog is the only human who can travel through Infinity and put right the terrible mistake that threatens every dog on Earth. Alongside Rockford, he journeys through a world filled with extinct species and discovers how humans have shaped the natural world.
Moog acts as the audience’s guide through Infinity. Through his eyes, readers learn about extinction, evolution and biomimicry.
